國慶假期兩家人帶娃老老小小九個人過來韶山玩，訂了這個酒店。房間挺大，訂了三間房，其中垂釣房有點舊，禪意房裝修不錯，還有一個宇宙主題房，帶小娃的家庭挺喜歡的。早餐實在性價比太低了，多了小童每位28補錢，進去到處都是人廢了好久才找到位置，煮的粉都沒熟，菜基本空了，排隊打飲料居然好長的隊伍，都是質量很差的那種，體驗超級差。温泉不錯，但是每個房間衹有兩張票，小童要補58一位，第二天還要再補，不太好。

如果不是國慶酒店價格翻了三倍其他的都挺好的，很有瑤族風味的度假村，也有一些驚喜，服務也算不錯！就是早餐上菜速度太慢導致客户排老長的隊，品總和品質也需要提升，也可能是粵北小縣城沒有做好突然接受如此大的客流原因，其他的都還OK！酒店雖久但是維護還行，竹子類的裝飾在山區黴雨季必然會發黴，可見其維護花費了功夫！

酒店環境一流，房間寬敞，温泉很好，服務員態度很好，主動為客户作想升級房間，周邊飲食選擇很多很方便。由於經營有段時間了，硬件設施在所難免有陳舊，但勝在自然環境補救，值得再住。

體驗一般吧，住在B區，電梯壞了一部。餐廳人多時上菜非常慢，誰叫得大聲上誰的先。夜宵燒烤店的音樂聲、卡拉ok歌聲凌晨都不停。停車場也遠。泡温泉時提供的小吃單調且少，一放出來基本就秒了。

已經是第二次來了，非常超值的酒店，親子房寬敞新凈（帶孩子睡如果一張床能大點就好了），酒店園林式設計，水上樂園孩子玩的超開心，遺憾沖浪錯過了時間，下次再來，温泉的親親魚孩子也很喜歡，人不會很多，感覺夏天泡温泉更好不會一冷一熱，酒店活動也很豐富，有安排電影建議是小朋友愛看的就更好了，晚上還可以燒烤夜宵，早餐也是很不錯的，中餐廳也去吃了，風景優美乾淨衞生比外面好多了，68的排骨全是肉，味道也好，大人孩子都愛吃。走的時候還送小青柑。我覺得可以每年都來一次度假。

酒店真心不錯，服務態度也很好，裏面設施齊全，很適合帶小孩過去，可以玩一整天那種，温泉挺舒服的，還有大草坪，真心推薦帶小孩的過去。但是一定不要買酒店裡麪的燒烤，難吃還烤不熟，重點還貴，還有酒店外面那排餐館，簡直就是宰客，四個菜收了四百多！想吃可以開車出去鎮裏吃挺近的，有小孩的建議自己帶零食跟飲料，想喝冰飲料，酒店裡面有冰箱哦！因為酒店有點偏，叫不到外賣的，所以東西有點貴貴的
